Community Blueprint Session Terms
By purchasing and participating in the Community Blueprint Session (“Session”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms with Notedd, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“Service Provider”).
1. Scope of Services
The Session includes one (1) 60-minute strategy consultation focused on community development, including recommendations, frameworks, and optional follow-up materials at the discretion of the Service Provider.
2. Payment & No Refunds
The total fee of $500 USD is due in full prior to the Session. All payments are final and non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling & Forfeiture
Client may reschedule the Session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to attend the Session may result in forfeiture of the Session without refund, at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.
4. Implementation Responsibility
Client acknowledges that the Session is advisory in nature and does not include implementation. Service Provider makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, revenue, or business performance. Client is solely responsible for implementation and results.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, methodologies, and concepts shared during the Session—including but not limited to the Community Operating System™ and 4S Framework—are the exclusive intellectual property of the Service Provider.
Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for internal business purposes. Client may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any materials without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider’s total liability arising out of or related to the Session shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client. Under no circumstances shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the Session and shall not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, unless required by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
